Do you have a store?

We do not currently have a store but you can find us at various retail locations. We also participate in many of the local markets throughout the year, or you can email us at mybb@comcast.net and we will keep you informed.

What if I have a special request?

We have some classic items that will be available at any time, but if you have a special request or have seen something at one of our events and you don's see it here on the website, email us at mybb@comcast.net and we can provide you with a quote and processing time. For our hand painted yarns, cost is the same wether you order our stock colors or a special combination.

How do I care for my knits ?

As with many hand knits, hand washing with mild soap and cool water is recommended. We do carry some fibers that are machine washable, which include Superwash Merino Wool, Cotton, Rayon, and Silk. They should be washed in a delicates bag or pillow case. Lay flat to dry.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Our yarns usually will ship within 3-5 days because they are dyed especially for each order. Some items require longer to process but the details are clearly listed in the product description.

Our preferred shipping method is USPS Priority Mail and should arrive within 2-3 business days. We are currently researching alternate shipping methods, but the are not available at this time.
